W Bro. Hall was appointed Junior Deacon of the Lodge on the 2nd March 1927 became Senior Deacon in 1928, Secretary in 1929, Junior Warden in 1930, Senior Warden in 1931, and Installed in 1932.
He could not the Lodge meeting in April 1932 and entered a nursing home. His health did not improve, and at the August Meeting in 1932, the Acting Worshipful Master: W Bro. J F Brown spoke in the most sympathetic terms of the great loss the Lodge had sustained by the death of the WM.
The WM was only in the chair for one meeting - his Installation.
